Aitutaki Flow Ta’i
May 28 to June 2 2019
A breathtaking yoga retreat for new and experienced yogis alike on one of the world’s most idyllic islands - Aitutaki in the Cook Islands.
- 5 nights -
As the 2019 winter makes its way to Aotearoa, a small group of yogis will be taking their practice to paradise in the Cook Islands for five life-changing nights of yoga, relaxation and adventure. We saved you a spot.
Recognised by the New Zealand Herald as “one of the world’s best yoga retreats”, we’ve spent the past decade creating an experience of the South Pacific like no other. The perfect balance of asana and adventure, our retreats celebrate the social side of the mat where from warm island greetings grow life-long friendships and memories on and off the mat.
Our Aitutaki Flow Ta’i Retreat is suited to all levels and is catered to guests travelling from New Zealand or Rarotonga. The retreat will be led by some of Australasia’s best yoga teachers with small groups guaranteed - creating the perfect space for experienced yogis to deepen their practice, and newbies to enjoy individual attention in a relaxed environment.

Cristine's yoga experience expertly blends everything I love into one week - sun, fun, relaxation and learning.
Experienced yoga instructors, fresh local food, like-minded people and a deck chair looking out to sea are the reasons I'm back for the 5th year in a row. It works!
