Join Vincent Bolletta and Jac Wilson for an incredible island retreat to one of the world’s most breathtaking tropical destinations - Aitutaki in the Cook Islands.
- 6 nights -
This year, we’ll escape the final moments of the New Zealand winter and set a summer intention like no other in the Cook Islands. Be part of a small group of yogis who’ll unroll their mats in pure paradise across six life-changing days of yoga, relaxation and adventure. We’d love you to join us.
Recognised by the New Zealand Herald as “one of the world’s best yoga retreats”, we’ve spent the past decade creating an experience of the South Pacific like no other. The perfect balance of asana and adventure, our retreats celebrate the social side of the mat where from warm island greetings grow life-long friendships and memories on and off the mat.
Our Aitutaki Flow Rua Retreat will be led by Vincent Bolletta and Jac Wilson (for more on Vincent and Jac, visit Our People). This retreat is suited to all levels and is catered to guests travelling from New Zealand or Rarotonga. We guarantee small groups - creating the perfect space for experienced yogis to deepen their practice and newbies to enjoy individual attention in a relaxed environment.

Unlike many retreats around the world, our prices are inclusive of all airfares and many wonderful extras. The week will flow effortlessly, bringing the perfect balance of asana, adventure and relaxation. Return home having set an intention ahead of summer that puts you and your wellbeing first.
